Restrictions. No sublicensing, reverse engineering (except as prohibited by law), license circumvention, removal of notices, or use to build a competing product.

Professional Responsibility. You control configuration/templates/mappings and remain responsible for accuracy, compliance and filings.

Updates. The App may check for updates and license status. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

Third‑party Components. May include or interact with PySide6/Qt, Nuitka, Google OAuth, Tally connectors and other services; their terms apply.

Disclaimers & Liability. Provided “as is” with no warranties; liability limited to INR 10,000 or fees paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
